Support Officer Shutdown Role
Overview:
The Fixed Plant Maintenance team is currently seeking a Support Officer Shut Down to join them on a 4 Days on, 3 Days off Roster. Reporting to the Superintendent Scheduling Maintenance, you will be responsible for administrative support to the Maintenance Scheduling team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate vendor relationships and engagement to ensure timely and effective frontline services, as well as facilitate interdepartmental communications and interactions between internal and external parties.
* Oversee logistics coordination and management, including work pack development, work order time confirmation, and facilitating special projects like process improvements.
* Manage financial and administrative tasks such as invoice assessments, creating service entry sheets, and generating reports, while integrating daily information.
* Conduct shutdown facility checks, process required stock orders, maintain records and notifications, manage the shared inbox, and develop as well as implement new processes and improvement strategies to ensure business continuity.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and the use of document management databases, and financial databases.
* A service-orientated and flexible approach to the changing demands and priorities of the business while ensuring compliance.
* Strong organisational and communication skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work well under pressure and autonomously.
