The Role
The Head of Sales - Property Services is responsible for driving commercial sales performance and managing key relationships across Glazing Services and Electrical & Plumbing (E&P) businesses for both Consumer and B2B markets. This role will also lead the Glazing Solutions Team, national B2B sales team, and technical sales team.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
* Full ownership of the B2B customer lifecycle: segmentation, targeting, acquisition, retention, and relationship management
* Pricing strategy for retail/consumer sectors and capacity management for Glazing branches
* Creating innovative, tailored solutions in collaboration with operational teams
* Managing responses to tenders and developing unique propositions for strategic and complex accounts
* Building strong networks and influencing stakeholders to deliver sustainable value
This role requires exceptional leadership, commercial acumen, networking, and a results‑driven mindset. Works closely with internal stakeholders across commercial, financial, and operational streams at all levels.

* Previous experience operating at a senior sales level in a medium to large company in a sales function
* Demonstrated success in leading a high‑performance team
* Proven success in managing relationships with large and medium key account customers
* A track record in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and business growth
* Experience in operating across a large national retail network
* Achievement oriented, underpinned with an energetic and enthusiastic approach that inspires others
* A level of self‑awareness with a focus on the ongoing personal and professional development
* Computer literacy including advanced skills in excel and PowerPoint
