About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a 3-month contract. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting a new project focused on frontline recruitment for doctors and nurses.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by helping us attract and engage the best talent to deliver exceptional care. You will work closely with our internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth scheduling and efficient processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Screen CVs and applications, shortlisting high-potential candidates for phone screens.
* Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, managers, and recruiters, ensuring timely feedback and advice throughout the recruitment process.
* Manage recruitment deliverables within agreed timeframes, proactively raising risks and suggesting solutions when targets are at risk.
* Process offers and coordinate background checks, including criminal record checks and references.
* Support diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organisation.
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in talent acquisition or agency recruitment, ideally in a high-volume environment.
* Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and current market trends.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
* Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused with strong attention to detail.
* Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly.
