They are now seeking to bring onboard a permanent Drill Fitter to play a key role in its success.
**Your new role**
Will consist of regularly inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing a variety of drill rigs on site, ensuring that they are both safe and functioning correctly to minimise cost and increase productivity.
Due to the specific weather conditions within Western Australia, heavy duty mining equipment have a higher risk of getting damaged and may therefore require maintenance when necessary by yourself. Undertaking necessary risk and pre-task assessments will be necessary, whilst inputting your technical guidance and support.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Relevant Trade qualification
- Experience within Drill maintenance in Mining or similar industries
- Ability to pass a pre employment medical and lab das
- National Police Clearance within 6 months
- A good attitude and mechanical mindset
