About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and reliable Field Assistant to support our growing field operations team. You'll play a key part in maintaining productivity and supporting drilling crews across various operational tasks – all while working in the remote WA setting.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll support a range of day-to-day field activities, including:
* Assist drill crew with vehicle escorting in autonomous mining pits to maintain drill rig productivity
* Assisting drill crews on site where needed
* Assisting with logistics and loading and unloading of trucks in laydown area
* Maintaining laydown organisation and presentation to BDC standards
* Keeping vehicles clean and in good condition
* Maintaining site safety protocols and procedures
What We're Looking For
* Previous field experience (ideal, but not essential)
* A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn on the job
* Physically fit and comfortable working in remote, outdoor environments
* A current driver's licence
* Current car licence (C class) required
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
