This is the opportunity to join a prominent Data Centre Developer who has an ongoing pipeline of work in Melbourne and is looking to add to their team. With the work situated in the western suburbs of Melbourne they have the opportunity for a Mechanical Services Manager or Engineer to join their high performing tight knit team.
The Mechanical Services role is responsible for the planning, technical oversight, coordination, and client-side management of mechanical services associated with hyperscale data centre construction projects, with a core focus on critical cooling systems, HVAC infrastructure, modular mechanical plant, and BMS controls integration.
The role involves acting as the client's representative, ensuring that design intent, technical compliance, installation quality, and commissioning outcomes meet project requirements.
To suit this role it is expected you may come from either a mechanical engineering or trade-qualified mechanical/HVAC background, with strong capability in BMS/controls, design review, and tender assessment. Ideally you will have experience in hyperscale Data Centres, modular mechanical systems and BMS and controls integration.
