Business Development Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven individual to join our sales team as a Business Development Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing connections with prospects, and communicating the value of our products and services.
Main Responsibilities:
* Making calls to prospective clients to explore new business opportunities
* Proactively seeking out new business prospects and developing relationships with them
* Effectively communicating the benefits of our products and services
* Gathering valuable information from prospects to inform future sales strategies
* Scheduling consultations between Account Executives and prospective clients
* Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system and other business tools
Requirements:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
* A College degree or relevant work experience is preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Account Development is preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in MS Office Applications, Excel, and CRM tools such as Salesforce.com
