THE ROLE

Purruna Spencer Newton Centre are on the lookout for passionate and certified Reformer Pilates Instructors to join our vibrant team!
We are a vibrant community hub dedicated to promoting health and wellness for individuals of all ages. Our facility features a stunning, boutique-style Pilates studio equipped with 16 reformer beds, offering a diverse array of wellness programs for our community.
As a Pilates Instructor, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, engaging, and effective group classes in a supportive and welcoming environment. You'll build meaningful connections with participants, adapt sessions to suit a range of abilities, and play an active role in fostering motivation, confidence and wellbeing.
As a Pilates Instructor, reporting to the Pilates Studio Manager, you will be:
* Conducting dynamic group Pilates classes that cater to various skill levels
* Ensuring the safety and appropriateness of exercises for all participants
* Building strong connections with class members to foster motivation and engagement
* Promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere in every session
* Contributing to the development and growth of our wellness programs
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE Y
Successful candidates will also have:
* Reformer Pilates Certification
* Professional Registration with applicable governing body (or willing to obtain)
* HLTAID009 Provide CPR (or willing to obtain)
* Certificate of completion for "Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect" (RRHAN-EC) Masterclass training (or willing to obtain)
* Ability to multitask, troubleshoot, and work under pressure
* Capable of communicating complex services and concepts efficiently and effectively
