The Opportunity
We are seeking a reliable and self‑motivated Side Loader Driver to join our Picton team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, values safety, and takes pride in providing high‑quality service to the local community.
Your responsibilities will include safely operating a side‑loader collection vehicle, following run sheets, and using basic in‑vehicle computer systems.
✅ Training is provided for candidates new to the waste industry.
What You Need
* Unrestricted HR Licence
* Good driving history (RMS record required)
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to follow run sheets and mapping systems
* A safety‑first, solutions‑focused mindset
* Commitment to customer service and teamwork
