Administration Trainee
We are seeking a friendly and reliable individual to join our team as an Administration Trainee. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in finance administration, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
* Gaining experience in finance administration, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll
* Providing support in data entry, invoice processing, bank reconciliations, and record-keeping
* Assisting with general administrative duties in a not-for-profit finance environment
* Learning industry software and systems (e.g. Xero, Employment Hero)
