Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Parts Sales Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about the automotive industry and has strong sales and customer service skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing required parts for customers, picking, receiving and invoicing parts purchased and sold, updating and maintaining computer records, processing and completing sales orders, assisting the parts team where required, providing customers with up-to-date information on products, and providing customers with pricing and availability details on products and services.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in parts sales or a similar role, possess strong customer focus and negotiation skills, be able to promote and up-sell products, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, have attention to detail and strong organisational skills, provide excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally, hold a manual driver's license and forklift license, and be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
