* We are seeking a dedicated individual to lead the delivery of youth services in Central Australia.
* As a key member, you will support local teams and stakeholders to deliver impactful programs and services.
* Oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of youth services, promoting excellence and achievement.
* Assist in strategic development and identify new funding opportunities to drive growth.
* Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring compliance with contract obligations and external partnerships.
* Ensure high-quality reporting, record-keeping, and correspondence, maintaining transparency and efficiency.
* Recruit, supervise, and mentor Youth Services Coordinators, fostering a culture of development and empowerment.
* Build capacity and career pathways for local Indigenous staff, promoting diversity and inclusion.
* Collaborate regularly with Youth Boards, Local Authorities, and community organisations, strengthening relationships and outcomes.
* Degree in Youth, Community Development or related field (or equivalent leadership experience).
* Proven ability to manage staff and resources effectively, driving results and accountability.
* Experience in culturally diverse settings, preferably with Indigenous communities, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and awareness.
* Highly organised, analytical thinker with strong compliance focus, ensuring integrity and best practices.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of mediation and conflict resolution, promoting harmony and effectiveness.
* Proficient in report writing, financial management, and computer systems, leveraging technology for success.
* Holds current NT manual driver's licence and can obtain a Working with Children (Ochre) Card, meeting essential requirements.
