Martinus is a 100% Australian owned and operated rail construction company working on some of Australia's largest rail infrastructure projects.
We are seeking an experienced supervisor to join our team on the Inland Rail Albury to Parkes Enhancement Project, based in Wagga, NSW .
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with delivery and safety teams to onboard and mobilize all plant to the project site.
* Conduct inspections to ensure incoming plant meets compliance requirements for the project.
* Liaise with key stakeholders, including subcontractor representatives, to ensure understanding and meeting of compliance requirements.
* Work closely with the delivery team to meet onboarding deadlines and prevent project delays.
* Manage scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of plant.
* Maintain accurate maintenance records and asset registers at all times.
* Assist with stores, inspections, audits, and reporting as required.
Requirements:
* Trade qualification in mechanical or heavy diesel fitting (CERT3) or completed 4-year apprenticeship.
* Experience with civil and track mobile plant, with working knowledge of light vehicles.
* Valid driver's license.
* Construction white card.
* Desirable but not mandatory: Existing Rail Industry Worker Card (RIW) with current rail industry competencies and Cat 3 rail medical.
* Additional certificates or high-risk licenses are advantageous.

About A2P :
The Inland Rail Program is a 1700km rail infrastructure project from Brisbane to Melbourne, including upgrading existing track, enhancing track for double stacking, and constructing new links with viaducts, tunnels, crossings, and bridges.
Sections between Albury to Illabo and Stockinbingal to Parkes involve extensive enhancements to 355km of existing track to support safe operation of double-stacked freight trains up to 1,800m long and 6.5m high.
