About the Role
This is not your average plumbing job. We're looking for a Residential Maintenance Plumber/Roofer who is confident in quoting, converting jobs, and scoping work. This role will start as a hands-on maintenance/roofing plumbing position, with a structured pathway into Operational Management within 12-24 months. The role will be 50% maintenance and 50% roof plumbing.

What You Will Be Doing
* Residential maintenance and roof plumbing: Fixing leaks, blocked drains, hot water systems, roof & gutter repairs, roof installations and more.
* Quoting & Job Conversion: Assess jobs, prepare quotes, and convert jobs confidently.
* Client Interaction: Communicate professionally with customers to build trust and solve their problems.
* Scheduling & Job Management: Use software to prepare for jobs, track progress, and scope future work.
* Leadership Development: Work closely with management to develop leadership skills and transition into an Operational Management role.
What We're Looking For
* Registered Plumber (VBA registered) with 5+ years of residential maintenance experience - Can effectively identify and resolve plumbing issues.
* Minimum 5 years roofing experience - maintenance or new works.
* Quoting & sales experience (2-3 years) – must be able to confidently price jobs and convert customers.
* Strong communication skills – must be able to explain plumbing issues and solutions to customers.
* Proficiency in job management software – experience with using tech/software to scope work, provide quotes to clients and manage jobs.
* Age 25-35 preferred, but open to the right candidate with the right experience
* Desire to step into management and help grow the business
* Full driver's license & Australian work rights.
