About the Role
Client Onboarding Specialist
* Lead new client onboarding programs including workflow setup and deployment.
* Deliver live and virtual training sessions for lawyers ensuring adoption across litigation teams.
* Create tailored rollout plans that accommodate firm structures, practice areas, and case types.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
* Act as primary point of contact for client matters to ensure high satisfaction levels.
* Build strong relationships with lawyers, practice group leaders, CIOs, and innovation teams.
* Provide trusted advice to help clients maximize value from the solution.
* Pursue opportunities for deeper engagement, cross-practice adoption, and long-term growth.
Feedback & Product Development
* Capture client requirements and pain points and feed them back into product and development teams.
* Collaborate with product managers and engineers to refine features and workflows.
* Contribute to playbooks, case studies, and client success documentation.
Workflow Design & Enablement
* Assist in mapping legal processes into solution workflows.
* Translate complex litigation needs into intuitive system configurations.
* Support clients in integrating the solution with existing tools and platforms.
