Monsoons Bar & Grill are seeking an experienced Cook / Kitchen Hand to work closely alongside our Head Chef in a fast-paced, team-focused kitchen.
About the role:
* Assisting with food preparation, service and general kitchen operations
* Supporting the Head Chef with daily prep and service requirements
* Maintaining a clean, safe and organized kitchen environment
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year previous kitchen experience
* Availability to work Wednesday to Sunday
* Ability to work well in a team and follow direction
* Reliable, punctual and able to work under pressure
