* Providing remote service desk support across various environments.
* Supporting servers, desktops, and applications within Microsoft Azure and AD environments.
* Delivering cloud infrastructure support.
* Performing wide-ranging support across multiple technologies.
* Occasional project team work to deploy solutions.
* Collaborating with experienced solutions experts to maintain best practice environments.
Requirements:
* Extensive knowledge of technical infrastructure.
* Outstanding spoken and written communication skills.
* Deep expertise in Windows Server and Azure AD/GPO/DNS/DHCP.
* Strength across messaging platforms including Exchange Hybrid and Office 365.
* Experience working with Hyper-V and virtualization solutions.
* Extensive experience with backup technologies.
* Exposure to ticketing tools.
