Techworks Electrical is a West Australian company that provides an extensive range of commercial electrical contracting services to all levels of Government and Private Industry. We have a reputation for providing workmanship and service of the highest standards from construction and/or maintenance across the State.
Techworks has a wide range of projects and service contracts secured over the next 5-7 years. On the back of this success we are looking to appoint a proven Electrical Project Supervisor to help manage the day to day delivery of various Electrical projects. Working with the Electrical Project Manager and Project Coordinator, the role is a hybrid between office and field, assisting the team to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients and the business.

Key Criteria / Responsibilities
- Proactively forecasting and managing Labor & Material resources for project works
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to onsite electrical teams to meet project obligations
- Creating project programs in conjunction with the project manager and continually identify any slippage / scope creep
- Identify and implement strategies for installation efficiencies and cost saving opportunities in conjunction with the project manager
- Organising onsite coordination of sub-contractors, deliveries of material and plant, off hiring of plant, allocation of tasks to tradesmen and apprentices on their projects
- Drive Health, Safety and Quality buy in within the technicians and apprentices of the department
- Assess work requirements and provide detailed information to the project manager to provide associate RFIs, Variations, Quotations
- Work in conjunction with the Management team where client overlap occurs to ensure continuity of excellent project delivery
- Document Control – Assisting the onsite teams to deliver robust HSEQ outputs, SWMS, Reporting and Documentation in conjunction with the Projects team
- Oversee the quality and implementation of company procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Electrical Leading Hand or Supervisor management role
- Valid C-Class WA drivers’ license (Essential)
- Current WA Electrical License (Essential)
- SimPRO Experience (Preferred)
- Experience working with government or commercial clients (Preferred)
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and safety practice
