Customer Service Agent Brisbane

The role:
Reporting directly to the Agent Team Supervisor, your team is responsible for delivering a high level of customer service. We are looking for reliable and conscientious individuals with a passion for customer service to join our friendly Customer Service Centre team located in Brisbane. With a strong team culture, we value our people, their personal and professional growth and readily recognise the contributions they make to our success.
Where will you be working?
Our modern open plan office, based in the Skygate Precinct - Brisbane Airport is bustling with energy, coffee machines and a fun team-centric working environment. We have a large car park for staff onsite, as well as end of trip facilities, so no need to worry about parking or public transport.
We celebrate our staff milestones with regular morning teas and lunches, hold fun social activities throughout the year. About the Role:
You will pride yourself on delivering remarkable customer service and great results, to help ensure we are planning towards the perfect day for our customers.
1. Handle a range of inbound customer calls from around Australia.
2. Effectively manage customer orders for concrete and aggregate products.
3. Shifts are 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm on weekdays; however, you will need to be flexible to work between 4am - 7pm as these are the businesses operational hours, and occasionally we will need you to cover these times (with notice).
4. Be rewarded with a quarterly bonus based on your individual performance.
This is a full-time permanent position where you will be given your roster in advance. During our 4-week roster period, you will work a 5-hour Saturday shift and in return get an RDO the following week.
