Eckermann Lawyers advises clients in property development, commercial and retail leasing, hospitality and licensing, litigation, and wills and estates practice areas.

The role

Based at our Adelaide office and reporting to the Senior Registered Conveyancer, you will provide support across a diverse range of conveyancing matters which includes, but is not limited to, assisting with:

* file management: from instructionup to settlement;
* client and referrer support for commercial and business, rural and land division conveyancing matters;
* transactions involving government departments, financial institutions, and other parties;
* preparing documentation, correspondence, and statements;
* invoicing and account management.

* proven time management skills: with the ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining an eye for detail and accuracy;
* outstanding client focus and customer service skills;
* enthusiasm and drive to enjoy, and thrive, in a fast‐paced role.

Ideally you have previous administration experience within a legal or conveyancing firm and working toward an Associate Diploma in Conveyancing. However, candidates who have administration experience within the professional services, finance, or real estate sectors are also encouraged to apply.
