The Key Account Manager – Western Australia is responsible for achieving sales and gross profit growth across Western Australia by developing new business and strengthening existing key customer relationships. This hands‐on role is focused on delivering engineering‐based solutions, executing territory sales strategies, and providing exceptional service to both new and existing customers. You will work closely with the Senior Key Account Manager WA, technical engineering teams, distributors, and internal stakeholders to drive sustainable value and support our customers' success.

Main Responsibilitie
* Develop annual territory call plans and conduct a minimum of 15 quality site visits per wee
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key account
* Map key account structures and decision‐making processe
* Maintain accurate CRM data including visit reports and opportunity update
* Support and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive territory growt
* Present and sell value‐added engineering solution
* Track and report on sales performance vs. budget (monthly, quarterly, annually)
* Prepare detailed quotations and tenders, liaising with technical teams for design suppor
* Monitor competitor activity, customer trends, and market development
* Participate in product training, IMI Learn modules, launches and promotional activitie
* Assist with branch promotional events, product presentations, and customer demonstration
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and HSE requirement
Job Requiremen
* Proven success in Key Account Management, ideally in commercial sales engineeri
* Strong technical knowledge of pneumatic and process control equipment, including application and system desi
* Experience selling engineering solutions to large end users or OE
* Highly developed organizational, time management, interpersonal and influencing skil
* Demonstrated ability to build deep customer relationships and identify new commercial opportuniti
* Experience working in large, complex organisations and balancing strategic and operational deman
* Strong commercial acumen with experience in sales reporting, forecasting, and metri
* Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferre
* Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skil
