The business is well funded, and they are continuing to search for and acquire new sites for development.The roleDue to growth within their business, a position has been created for a Marketing Manager to join their team. This is an integral role in the business as you will devise and implement marketing strategies for their development projects. Key responsibilities will include:• Research to Determine Positioning & Brand Strategy for Projects• Content Strategy & Management for Social Media Platforms• Content Strategy & Management for Monthly eDM’s• Planning & Execution of Sponsorships & Client Interfacing Events• Liaise with Online Platforms & Copywriters to Deliver Communications StrategySkills & experienceTo be considered for this opportunity, ideally, you must have experience in property marketing with a developer. We are keen to speak with candidates at a Marketing Manager level or Marketing Coordinator/Executives looking to take the next step in their career.
