Join a dynamic team delivering building projects that make a real impact. This role offers the opportunity to manage projects from pre-design through to post-occupancy evaluation, ensuring quality outcomes for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage building projects across all phases: pre-design, design, documentation, contract administration, and post-occupancy evaluation.
* Liaise with client representatives and external consultants to ensure project requirements are met.
* Maintain project data in Ellipse including billing, scheduling and reporting.
* Provide advice on procurement methodologies and project programming.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of quality assurance policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For
* Degree in Project Management or Construction Management.
* Experience within building construction is mandatory for this position.
* Strong experience in project contract management.
* Knowledge of MS Project highly desirable.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
