About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and organised Junior Administration Assistant to join our small team in a full-time position.
This is a fast-paced role where you will be handling multiple tasks at once — accuracy and efficiency are critical.
Key Responsibilities
* Answering phones and assisting customers
* Entering and managing jobs in our system
* Email and document management
* Data entry, report & invoice lodging in client portals
* General office support and administrative tasks

Experience with Excel, Outlook and Word is essential
(MYOB experience preferred but not essential)
Key Details
* Full-time – 38 hours per week - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm + some overtime
* Junior pay rates calculated by age [hourly rate shown is guide only and will be confirmed once age, skills and experience are known]
* 4 weeks annual leave + 17.5% leave loading
* Weekly phone allowance ($12.50)
