Your day-to-day will include: Managing project lighting tenders and documentation Preparing and issuing accurate quotes Pricing products using supplier costs and margin structures Liaising with suppliers and customers throughout the project lifecycle Managing technical documentation and specifications Coordinating invoicing, scheduling, and on-time delivery Supporting business development by identifying new project opportunities This is a documentation-heavy, accuracy-critical role — small mistakes can be costly, so attention to detail is key. What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for someone who is: Process-driven, organised, and highly detail-oriented Dependable and professional, with a low-ego, team-first mindset Comfortable dealing with suppliers, customers, and occasional difficult stakeholders Confident managing multiple projects and deadlines Resilient, calm, and solutions-focused Experience in lighting, electrical, or construction-related industries is beneficial but not essential.
