Permanent, Full‐Time (40 hrs/week) – Base: 5 days a week at the stores; Must have full driving licence and car.

We are now embarking on a five‐year investment programme to transform our stores: refits with state‐of‐the‐art fixtures, immersive displays, and modern retail technology, all to showcase our premium partnerships and create an inspiring retail experience for our customers.
The Opportunity
We're seeking a creative, passionate, and commercially minded individual to join us as a Visual Merchandiser, a role built around shaping the look, feel, and retail experience across 4 key stores in your region. If you're a supervisor with visual merchandising exposure, or simply have a flair for storytelling through space, product, and design, this could be the start of a rewarding career in visual retail.
What you'll do
* Lead store‐level visual and experience standards across your region acting as the guardian of brand presentation and premium standard.
* Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate across teams.
* Be hands on to ensure Visual Merchandising standards are upheld and collaborate with store teams.
* Coach, upskill and inspire store teams to maintain high visual standards through hands‐on training.
* Provide feedback and insight: identify commercial & visual opportunities and communicate these back to head‐office Visual Merchandising team.
* Play a key role in upcoming refits and store‐enhancement projects.
Who we're looking for
* You're creative and have an eye for styling, layout, and storytelling through space and product.
* You're a strong communicator, able to lead, influence and coach store teams across the stores.
* You're organised, flexible, and comfortable working across a small number of stores (travel will be required).
* You share our passion for delivering a premium customer experience.
