About The Role
In this newly created role, as Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in defining and implementing a strategic roadmap aligned with the Corporate functions and Procurement, Property, and Fleet business functions' strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
* Design, develop, configure, and test solutions for operational issues, enhancements, and incident response challenges, providing business and project support.
* Work with the business and external vendors to develop effective system solutions for business requirements, maximizing Jemena eco-systems benefits.
* Design and document business requirements, functional design documents, and business cases for proposed work, ensuring best practice design and consulting on options for business consideration.
* Review, refine, and assess enhancement backlogs; proactively identify business process improvements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the successful execution of initiatives and benefits realization.
About You
To succeed, you will have experience as a Business Analyst in a Digital/Technology environment, with a strong understanding of SAP, modern digital solutions, and business process optimization, along with:
* Proven experience with modern digital solutions, including cloud platforms, AI-driven applications, automation tools, and system integrations.
* Ability to assess business needs and translate them into digital initiatives that enhance efficiency and drive growth.
* Experience leading collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
* Relevant tertiary qualification.
