About the Role
Due to rapid business growth and plans to increase our national footprint, we are seeking ambitious and skilled Private Wealth Advisers who are ready to contribute to the development of our existing investor network and expand their business with comprehensive support and seamless infrastructure.
It is essential that you have an existing client base that you are looking to transfer to a better home that aligns with your business model and client value. We offer a competitive base salary with an attractive revenue share, ensuring that successful candidates are well-rewarded as part of our team.
Requirements for the Role
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:
- Proven track record of managing new and existing relationships with Wholesale Investors and High Net Worth (HNW) individuals.
- Demonstrable success in working with family offices, accountants, and capital-raising partners representing wealth and investment firms.
- Exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport with capital-raising partners and individuals.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A solid commitment and drive to deliver a highly personalised service to all potential and current investors.
- RG146 Compliant.
- In-depth knowledge of the financial advice process.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a cohesive team.
- Direct equities experience preferred but not essential.
- Solid understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks.
