At our Crisis Residential Unit, we're seeking a dedicated individual to share their recovery journey with others. As a Recovery Support Technician, you'll play a vital role in facilitating self-directed recovery and promoting a safe and supportive environment for consumers.

Here's what you can expect from this full-time position:

* Provide consumer-driven services that cater to the unique needs of each individual.
* Model personal responsibility, self-advocacy, and hopefulness to inspire positive change.
* Refer and link consumers to community resources, empowering them to take control of their lives.
* Attend meetings and consumer staffings to help develop programs that promote recovery and well-being.
* Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and facility staff to maintain a safe and sanitary living environment.
* Answer calls and messages, receive and distribute mail, and observe video surveillance equipment as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
">
* A minimum age of 21 years old.
* A high school diploma or equivalent.
* Personal experience with the recovery process and a willingness to discuss it openly.
* Demonstrated skills in human services, particularly in working with adults.
* The ability to work effectively within an organizational structure and accept supervision.
* Strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to build constructive relationships with consumers, treatment resources, and the community.
* A valid driver's license, private auto insurance, and insurability.
* Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, and electronic medical records.

We offer a competitive hourly rate, with anticipated starting pay between $17.00 and $18.00 per hour. Your base pay will be determined by factors such as job-related qualifications, skills, education, experience, local market conditions, and internal equity.
