Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Patent Attorney to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our national Chemical team, you will work closely with industry-leading partners to advise and create strategies to protect and enforce patent rights for high-profile clients.
* Advise on the protection and enforcement of patents for clients across various industries, including pharmaceuticals, medicinal, agricultural, electro-chemistry, chemical processes, food, medical devices, treatment methods, and animal health.
As a senior member of our team, you will contribute to the success of our clients by applying your technical expertise and commercial acumen to deliver innovative solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Postgraduate degree in Chemistry or a related field.
* Registered Australian/NZ/European patent attorney (or equivalent) with a minimum 4-10 years' post-qualification experience.
* Solid hands-on experience in patent drafting, prosecution, oppositions, patentability/validation opinions, and freedom to operate advice.
* Strong technical, communication, and people skills, as well as commercial acumen.
