**_The Role_**

Join in the National Basketball League (NBL) in our newly created role as our

As our Licensing & Community Coordinator, you'll provide high level administrative support to our Licensing Brand & Community team with a concentration on collectibles (physical and digital) for the League. Working collaboratively with our Clubs, General Manager Licensing Brand & Community, NBL merchandise company and key stakeholders, be tech savvy and have a passion for sports.

This role will have you working in a fast-paced paced environment within a League experiencing exceptional growth - you'll be expanding and fine-tuning your skillset in no time!

**_Key Responsibilities_**
- Provide accurate and timely administrative support
- Collaborate with neighbouring departments and external agencies to align licensing marketing materials with the broader business
- Assist in developing, researching, and executing Web3 projects
- Assist in Discord Social Media management
- Manage & review content/artwork to ensure its alignment with licensing & brand requirements
- Assisting in managing merchandise timelines
- Confidently liaise with partners to ensure high level of communication and needs are met
- Assist General Manager, Licencing Brand & Community with reports and contract database/filing and other tasks as required
- Participate in collaboration meetings and consistently bring new ideas to the table
- Support department in go-to market campaigns

**_About You_**
- Minimum 1-2 years' administrative experience
- Self-driven, confident, and creative
- Thrive in fast-paced environments
- Ability to learn new systems: UI & UX/Web3, DSI/DRM (experience advantageous, but not essential)
- Passionate about sports, community and/or merchandising
- Ability to engage & maintain strong rapport with key stakeholders
- Excellent communicator both written & verbal
- Detail orientated and high organisation & time management skills
- Ability to work both individually and as part of a wider team
