Our Head Office is based on the Central Coast, New South Wales with additional depots located in Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Townsville, Perth and Hobart. We have been operating for over 40 years and employ over 250 people.
About the role
In this role, you'll manage and deliver stabilisation and road construction projects from planning to completion. You'll build strong client and stakeholder relationships, create efficient project outcomes and maintain quality and safety standards, reporting directly to the Regional Manager
Duties
- Manage project schedules, budgets and resources to ensure successful delivery
- Coordinate with crews, subcontractors and stakeholders to achieve project goals
- Maintain compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards
Skills & Experience
- Relevant engineering degree or equivalent qualification
- Current construction or site safety certifications
- Proven experience managing civil or road construction projects
- Robust skills in project planning, reporting and stakeholder liaison
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet deadlines
