Overview We are looking for a high-energy, hands-on Regional Marketing Executive to execute local marketing initiatives that drive leads and improve conversion at branch level. Responsibilities Coordinate and deploy hyper-local letterbox drops and direct mail campaigns. Work with National Marketing to adapt templates to local markets. Organise print production, distribution lists and timelines. Track results and report on lead impact. Coordinate micro-targeted activity within specific radius zones (not just postcodes). Help organise priority handling of high-value leads. Identify and coordinate local sponsorships and events. Ensure branches have the right collateral and branding for community activity. Reporting: Monitor local campaign performance, track lead quality and conversion trends and provide simple, practical reporting to Branch Managers. Skills Experience 2 years experience in a similar Marketing Coordinator or Executive position Experience executing direct mail, local campaigns or trade marketing activity. Organised, deadline-driven and enjoys working directly with operational teams. Strong coordination and project management. Ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
