The Role
The Recover @ Work Consultant provides proactive support through claims management, occupational rehabilitation, and workplace injury management services to the Justice Health NSW. The position also provides practical support to managers and staff participating in the return-to-work process, through the provision of advice and training. A strong focus of this role is placed on ensuring injured employees achieve timely, efficient and sustainable return to work outcomes. This role is responsible for analysing trends within injury management and working with the Manager Recovery @ Work and Manager WHS on preventative strategies.
