Cinemallunga is a non-for‑profit organisation providing Community Cinema events, showcasing feature films with an emphasis on fun and frivolity. Audience participation is highly encouraged. The shows take place every two months and moviegoers are encouraged to dress up and get into the spirit of the shenanigans that go along with the movie's theme. We have a licensed bar and catering on the night, with a lollipop bar and soft drinks for our children's matinee shows.
If you want to be involved in a great community enterprise, which incidentally has raised over $60k for charities over the last eight years, then come onboard. From stacking chairs to exotic dancing – there is something for everyone. Disclaimer: Having a good sense of humour, and being a little unhinged, is a bonus.
