Job Description
* Analyse and identify market opportunities to develop and expand current migration assistance services for both individual and business clients, based on detailed market and industry research.
* Set campaign targets, develop both short‑term and long‑term marketing strategies, and design actionable plans to promote the company's services effectively.
* Develop comprehensive marketing plans by identifying market and sales channels, crafting messages that resonate with target audiences, and determining the best delivery mechanisms to achieve outreach objectives.
* Analyse the current industry situation to predict consumer behaviour, and adjust marketing initiatives and messaging to reflect trends and maximise engagement.
* Conduct regular competitor analysis and assess marketing campaign results to refine approaches and achieve set targets.
* Increase brand awareness of Yulia Moiseeva through efficient marketing communication, establishing the personal brand as a leader in migration advisory.
* Prioritise promotion of different services according to market conditions; plan, schedule, and participate in production of marketing campaigns to support sales on weekly and monthly cycles.
* Support business growth by designing and implementing creative and comprehensive advertising plans, including online campaigns and content distribution strategies.
* Undertake industry market research to uncover new opportunities, and actively contribute to the development, planning, and online promotion of new products and services.
* Create engaging content for the website, social media platforms, and direct mail initiatives for targeted communication.
* Coordinate and execute advertising campaigns through digital channels such as YouTube, CRM platform, Facebook, and Instagram.
* Set targets, brief, and oversee the activities of the subcontractors to complete certain tasks: website developer, graphic designer, social media manager, YouTube designer, photographer, and videography team to ensure alignment with brand and campaign goals.
* Select and manage relationships with bloggers and online influencers for cross‑promotion and online events; coordinate communication and establish clear campaign objectives.
* Arrange weekly meetings with Yulia Moiseeva to provide advice on advertising and marketing strategies, with a focus on increasing brand awareness and service promotion online.
* Establish and regularly review KPIs for campaigns and initiatives to ensure targets are met and projects deliver measurable value.
* Work closely with Yulia Moiseeva to advise on service pricing, campaign design, and promotional strategies, as well as budget approval and optimisation of distribution channels.
