What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role at a quality venue
- Relevant qualifications in wine or hospitality
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proven ability to set, achieve, and exceed targets
- Experience implementing systems and procedures
- Commitment to RSA compliance
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage priorities
- Full Australian working rights
- Availability to work nights and weekends
- Immediate start preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a high-performing team
- Manage rosters within budget guidelines
- Train and develop staff to maintain high standards
- Assist in the planning and execution of functions and events
- Manage stocktakes and order for the restaurant and wine list
- Provide professional customer service and resolve issues effectively
- Oversee reservations and host guests with care
