Locations We are looking for people in rural areas near the homes we collaborate with in areas such as Bendigo/Macedon, Morrwell/Traralgon, Mornington/Frankston/Peninsula.
The Role
More and more aged care homes are welcoming Abi into their facilities. We're growing into rural communities and are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to join on a contracting basis as Customer Success Facilitators (Robot Wranglers). You'll represent Andromeda Robotics and our mission to reduce loneliness and spark joy through technology. You'll work with Abi to engage with residents and patients in nursing homes and children's hospitals through conversation, games, and music. You'll lead group sessions and one-on-one interactions to foster genuine connections and ensure sessions are enjoyable for all participants.
How You'll Make an Impact
* Facilitate Group Sessions: Lead engaging activities with Abi, including games and exercises designed to stimulate cognitive and social responses.
* Conduct One-on-One Interactions: Facilitate meaningful, personalised conversations with residents and patients to enhance their experience with Abi.
* Work with Technology: You don't need to be highly technical—just confident and curious. You'll operate Abi, troubleshoot basic issues, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
* Monitor and Adapt: Assess participant needs and responses, adjusting activities to suit individual preferences and abilities.
* Manage Session Logistics: Ensure sessions start and end on time, set up equipment, communicate with care home staff, and provide structured feedback for continuous improvement.
* Represent the Brand: Be an ambassador for Andromeda Robotics, showing professionalism, warmth, and innovation in every interaction.
Requirements

* Valid Driver's License: Ability to drive to different locations as needed.
* Preferred Qualifications: Psychology, anthropology, social work, caregiving, drama/theatre, or public speaking.
If you've worked in a similar role before, that's a bonus. We're hiring on 3-month casual agreements at first, with potential for extensions and opportunities for high performers.
Benefits
The salary for this position may vary based on knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may include additional benefits. Details will be provided if an offer is made. Given this is a casual agreement, the salary will be in the form of an hourly rate.
