As we grow, we are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor who is eager to grow with us and be part of something long-term and special.
The Role
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in daily operations, working closely with our management team to ensure smooth service, maintain our high standards, and lead our front-of-house team with professionalism and enthusiasm.
You'll be overseeing operations across both Ministry of Crab and Restaurant 226, depending on rostering and business needs.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves the fast-paced nature of hospitality, has a sharp eye for detail, and thrives in a guest-focused environment.
You'll Be Responsible For
Supervising and motivating FOH staff to deliver exceptional service
Supporting daily service operations, opening/closing procedures
Ensuring guest satisfaction at every stage of the dining experience
Assisting with training, onboarding, and mentoring junior team members
Working closely with management on staffing, inventory, and service standards
Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Supervisor or Senior Section Waiter in a fast-paced, premium dining environment
Flexibility to work various shift patterns as needed by the business
Passion for food, wine, and exceptional service
Professionalism, reliability, and a proactive attitude
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to thrive under pressure and during busy services
