**Job Summary:**
The Workplace Coordinator - Concierge will deliver exceptional client experiences by enhancing engagement, proactive communication, and high-touch service within our client's offices.
This role is crucial in increasing the level of engagement and partnership between JLL, service partners, and Westpac to provide superior service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional client and staff welcome, including protocols for media and VIPs.
* Maintain workplace relationships, protocols, and signage.
* Offer general support, wayfinding, and proactive workplace management.
* Manage guest passes, reception areas, and client suites.
* Coordinate meetings, technology support, and catering services.
* Monitor workplace utilisation and collaborate with facilities management.
* Implement service standards and manage visitor bookings.
* Handle deliveries, create work orders, and manage lockers.
* Identify and escalate potential risks to ensure operational continuity.
* Engage in continuous improvement and assist with client events.
* Serve as training centre concierge and manage conference room bookings.
Requirements:
* 1-3 years experience in hospitality or facility management.
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Adaptability to new technologies and applications.
