Opportunity
Report directly to the Construction Manager.
Estimate, schedule, and supervise trades and insurance repairs.
Deliver a high level of customer service, build relationships, and resolve issues effectively.
Learn and utilize industry-leading repair management technology.
What You Bring
Trade qualification.
Experience estimating, scheduling, and supervising trades and repairs; insurance repair experience advantageous but not essential.
Knowledge of the National Construction Code, building regulations, and workplace health and safety.
