Account Manager The Role
As Account Manager, you are the primary point of contact for our Real Estate Agency partners. You will bridge the gap between business development and operations, ensuring our clients receive seamless compliance services. Your success is measured by client retention, portfolio growth, and service excellence.
The Responsibilities
* Relationship Management: Build and maintain high-trust partnerships with Agency Principals and Property Managers through proactive engagement and regular check-ins.
* Portfolio Growth: Actively identify opportunities to expand services within existing portfolios or across new agency offices.
* Onboarding & Integration: Lead the transition for new clients handed over by the BDM team, ensuring a smooth integration into our compliance ecosystem.
* Service Coordination: Liaise with internal operations teams to ensure all audits and certifications are delivered accurately and on schedule.
* Retention & Performance: Monitor account health, resolve service escalations, and provide regular reporting on portfolio performance and compliance status.
The Requirements
* Experience: 2+ years in Account Management or Property Management.
* Skills: Strong \"nurturer\" mindset with the ability to manage complex service schedules.
* Drive: Focused on long-term client tenure and recurring revenue growth.
* Must be an Australian Citizen or have Full Work rights and be willing to undergo a Police Check
