Job Description:
This role is an opportunity to work in a culturally sensitive environment, providing excellent customer service and support to guests. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling phone, email and face-to-face enquiries. You will also assist with reservations and guest requests.
