About the Role
Our business is seeking an Interior Consultant to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales for our window furnishings. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
* Attend to in-home measure and quote consultations, consulting with customers on products and quoting on site.
* Guide customers through the sales process, offering expert advice and product knowledge.
* Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
* Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
* Generate new business opportunities.
* Collaborate with our installation team to ensure a smooth and efficient installation process for our customers.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to better serve our customers.
Requirements
We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual with:
* Proven sales experience, preferably in the home décor or related industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A valid driver's license and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
