As part of the UN network, we make a difference for millions of people every year.WHO WE ARE LOOKNG FOROur people are collaborative and inclusive team players, committed to finding new ways to increase support for refugees.A highly motivated, organised and detail-oriented Direct Marketing Coordinator to join our fundraising team to execute end-to-end direct mail activities for warm and acquisition appeals and retention campaigns, as well as optimise loyalty touchpoints.A creative thinker and solution-oriented problem solver with a donor focused approach to ensure a positive and engaging donor experience to help grow sustainable income from Single and Regular Donors.YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT BYProviding end-to-end project management of warm appeals including development of timelines and campaign budgets, planning the creative approach and data strategy, and leading the integration of the program across all internal teams and channels.Providing end-to-end project management of the acquisition direct mail program, including working with list brokers to drive optimal results.Briefing copywriters and designers, providing feedback on creative and managing internal stakeholder feedback and approvals.Collaborating with internal Business Intelligence and Data teams to ensure intelligent targeting and segmentation to optimise results and ensure seamless data management and fulfilment processes.Managing the mail house relationship and performing quality checks prior to final sign-off.Leading on the implementation of additional campaigns, including EOFY tax receipts in Australia and New Zealand, retention communications and emergency direct mail appeals.Coordinating and delivering supporter engagement touchpoints, journeys and initiatives to improve retention rates and grow donor lifetime value.WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVEExperience working on the delivery of Direct Mail appeals.Demonstrated experience of meeting targets, ideally in a fundraising contextExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and communication skills, including strong proof-reading skills.WHAT YOU'LL GET IN RETURNWorking at Australia for UNHCR means that you get to make a difference for refugees every day.
