**About the Role**
The Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) position is a clinical leadership role responsible for assisting the Nurse Manager with the day-to-day operations, clinical outcomes and management of unit / department staff.

**What you need**
We are seeking professional, passionate and dedicated Associate Nurse Unit Managers with acute clinical experience in Medical / Surgical Nursing who can demonstrate the following:

- Excellent knowledge of General Surgery, pre and post op care
- Evidence based best practice
- Exceptional patient centred care & patient advocacy
