**Your duties will include**:
- Greet and assist our clients, both in the office and on the telephone
- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Print, collate and lodge tax returns and all other supporting documents
- Manage the new clients and prepare new clients jobs and related tasks
- Maintain and organise documents, records, and filing systems
- General administration tasks
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding matters
- Prepare for all client appointments
- Process payments and send receipts
**To be considered for this role you will have**:
- Ability to learn new skills quickly and efficiently
- Certificate III or higher in business administration or similar
- Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
- Computer literate
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Able to work independently and as a part of a team
- Be dedicated to our firm
- Display pride in your work and produce neat and presentable work
- Demonstrate initiative and have a high attention to detail
- At least 2 years of relevant full-time work experience

Pay: $76,600.00 per year
