About the role

This role provides a day-to-day help desk service for the Library Management System (LMS) as well as technology assistance to customers and staff in the delivery of outstanding customer service. Assisting the Technology and Innovation Coordinator you will train, coach and develop staff in technology use and act as a liaison between Council’s ICT department, suppliers and the library staff.

Remuneration

$77,417.60pa - $86,282.04 pa + 12% Superannuation

Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications

1. Certificate III Information Studies or equivalent or tertiary qualifications in a related discipline with experience to meet essential experience or skill criteria.
2. Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with implementing and maintaining a LMS and other library technology such as public pcs, printers, databases etc.
Demonstrated analytical, reporting and evaluation skills.
3. Demonstrated experience liaising with contractors, suppliers and library consortia.
4. Ability to work and plan effectively as an individual and as a team member
5. Demonstrated experience providing high quality internal and external customer service and continued service development.
