The Opportunity:
Based at our Fremantle head office, the focus of this role is responsible for driving the people, culture and sustainability components of the ERP project.
This role ensures successful adoption of new systems and way of working across the group and leads the design and delivery of the projects change management, communication and training strategies ensuring employees are informed, engaged and supported throughout the transition.
This role is a full time, fixed term contract for 2 years.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement the approved ERP Change & Training Management Plan, ensuring alignment with project milestones.
Conduct ongoing change impact assessment and stakeholder analysis.
Identify refinements or adjustments needed to the change approach as project detail and timelines evolve.
Support leaders and change champions to drive and sustain new ways of working.
Develop and coordinate communication materials and engagement activities.
Deliver the Communications Strategy and ensure project messages are consistent, timely and audience appropriate.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to foster trust and collaboration.
Oversee learner readiness and training effectiveness, review feedback and drive continuous improvement across all impacted business units.
The successful applicant will possess:
Minimum 5 years' experience in a project management role or organisational change management position.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Office 365 suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment.
