Your Skills & Experience Experience with dealing with end users Experience within a corporate environment Ability to deal with high volume tickets Ability to problem solve and learn on the job Exceptional communication skills About you You are a "people person" with a genuine passion for helping others. Even better, you know when to skip the tech talk, and can comfortably explain complex IT solutions to customers without an IT background.
